Stephen Leonard
Stephen Leonard has more than 20 years experience as a lawyer, first in London and more recently in Bermuda. He has a wide experience of insurance and reinsurance matters, including involving run-off and insolvency. He also has been involved in several corporate disputes in Bermuda involving parties based in the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan.
Memberships & Honors
The 2008 Chambers Guide to Bermuda recognized Mr Leonard as a “highly regarded insurance and reinsurance specialist who has an ever-growing reputation in the China and Hong Kong markets." While in London, he was also recognized as a leader in London insurance/reinsurance by the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession (1997-2000).
