Cameron Hill is admitted to the Bars of England and Wales (1997), Bermuda (1999) and Scotland (2007). His practice includes a broad range of civil litigation matters, including company/commercial disputes, insolvency and family financial matters.

Mr. Hill has acted in commercial disputes involving insurance/reinsurance coverage, financial services and derivatives, claims of professional negligence and maritime claims, including charterparty and bill of lading disputes under the Hague and Hague-Visby Rules. He has advised in all areas of company law, including insolvency and restructuring, schemes of arrangement (shareholder and creditor), unfair prejudice applications and shareholder/director disputes. He has also acted in relation to divorce and financial applications ancillary to divorce. Mr. Hill has advised in a number of cross-border matters, including cases involving applications for judicial assistance in support of arbitrations both in and outside of Bermuda.

Mr. Hill is a former contributor to Lawtel in relation to civil practise and procedure and is a contributor to the World Bank / Harvard University Comparative Law Encyclopaedia. He is a graduate of the Université de Paris I – Panthéon – La Sorbonne and is fluent in French. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
