Chen E. Foley
Chen E. Foley represents European and Bermuda based insurers and reinsurers in coverage matters, including matters involving directors and officers liability, errors and omissions and general liability (particularly policies written on the “Bermuda Form”). His experience includes investigating underlying claims, advising on and drafting policy terms, drafting coverage opinions and managing coverage disputes. Mr. Foley frequently works with Sedgwick’s associated Bermuda office on matters involving issues of Bermdua law.

- Mr. Foley is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Bermuda.
- He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
